We learned about Akin from a trainer at Companion Dog Club. At the time, we had an energetic 6 month old Bernese Mountain Dog puppy. She jumped up on people when greeting them, refused to do a “down” or lengthy sit, and her greetings often included some puppy biting. We have 5 grandchildren 4 years old and younger who would be coming for the holidays so we needed to do something quickly. 
Akin was very responsive and scheduled training for us within days. After the first in-house session, we were very pleased  by the progress our puppy made. Although we have had dogs in our household for over 30 years, the training Akin provided was above and  beyond anything we had experienced previously.Subsequent sessions reinforced earlier training and added additional skills and techniques to support our puppy's learning. And ours as well!  Akin is an excellent communicator and a great listener. Furthermore, he was always very punctual and responsive. We have nothing but the highest recommendations for his services. Working with Akin was a great experience for us and for our puppy.
