We could not have had a more positive experience with Akin, ABC Training Kennels, as our personal dog trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and positive towards both his four legged friends and their owners. Akin has trained us to work with both of our energetic dogs to peacefully increase positive behaviors such as walking softly on their leashes, sitting quietly when guests arrive, and decreasing lunging, pulling, jumping and barking.  Akin's instruction is clear and easy to follow, always having us practice during and after lessons.  He would video our progress and provide reinforcing notes and directions, as well as brilliant suggestions for leashes, harnesses, toys and puzzles.  Our dogs are calmer, happier and more mentally stimulated, which in turn has created a much more peaceful atmosphere at home!  We have loads of fun playing with our dogs and practicing skills we have learned during our lessons.  Akin's methods have increased our dogs’ positive behaviors, and his lessons fit in perfectly with our day to day lives.  Thank you Akin!!!
