When we got a new puppy we were sure we could train him ourselves.  We have had dogs for 50 years and thought we knew it all.  After a few weeks we were not so sure so we asked our vet to recommend a trainer.  He suggested Akin and we are glad he did.  Akin is very pleasant and kind to the animal but he lets the dog know that the people are in charge.  He does what he promises to do and does it very well.  After the first session Butch was a much better dog and he improved more after his second lesson.  I don’t think you could find a trainer who could do a better job than Akin.
